Our team building days in Galway City offer a powerful, hands-on experience for individuals or groups. Your team will work through a series of guided stories with our therapy horses that are designed to build communication and trust within the team and foster true leadership.
Having a horse present offers a sense of peace, as they only react to our behaviours and emotions without judgment. This accelerates trust building, improves emotional intelligence, and fosters authentic leadership
All sessions are on the ground with our experienced therapy horses and no riding is involved.
We offer shorter sessions for individuals with a focus on building self-trust through working with horses.

What’s Involved

Each session is tailored to suit the group based on an initial discussion.
We typically recommend half day sessions to include plenty of time with the horses as well as some reflection and fun time with the group afterwards.
